Rehoming wildlife at our Carbrooke site

As global research betters our understanding of the natural world and the importance of ecosystems; planning and building conditions will continue to challenge developers to best support and sustain these crucial infrastructures.   

As part of the planning conditions at our Carbrooke site, we have built a bat loft within a specially designed garage, to rehome bats roosting in the industrial farm building.

In consultation with an ecologist, we successfully resituated the bats into their new home, before dismantling the industrial building to make way for a new bungalow and barn-style house.

We trust the bats will be happy in their new home!
